Every player must fill out a waiver. For players under 18, it must be filled out and signed by parent or legal guardian.  Please email complete waiver to 

raffisrebels@gmail.com by April 25, 2025. 

Players under the age of 18 who have not submitted a signed waiver before the tournament will not be permitted to play.
